It will be our pleasure to help you if have made an error in your selection. We would be glad, to help you. Please keep in mind that the handmade saree, will have irregularities which is part of their charm and so it will not be considered as a manufacturing defect. There may be a colour variance or difference due to lights, or digital photography. We request you to keep this in mind when you place your order.

POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND:

  • 1. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN THE CASE OF A MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR DISPATCH OF INCORRECT ITEM. WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL ORDERS.
  • 2. ONLY UNSTITCHED GARMENTS (SARIS, STOLES AND DUPATTAS) ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
  • 3. WE HAVE A SEVEN WORKING DAYS RETURN POLICY. IT WOULD BE IMPERATIVE THAT IF ANY PRODUCT IS BEING RETURNED. IT SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE SEVEN WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE IS OVER. AN EMAIL SHOULD BE DISPATCHED TO US, STATING THE REASON, WITHIN TWENTY FOUR HOURS OF THE PURCHASE. IF THERE IS A DELAY, WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HELP.
  • 4. ITEMS THAT WERE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR SENT IN ERROR WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED.
  • 5. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY APPLICABLE CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FOR BOTH THE RETURNED SHIPMENT AND THE ITEMS WE SHIP IN EXCHANGE.
  • 6. SARIS THAT HAVE THE BLOUSE DETACHED, TASSELS MADE, FALL STITCHED - EITHER BY YOU OR BY US FOR YOU - CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
  • 7. PRODUCTS FINISHED WITH FALL PICO AND BLOUSE STITCHING ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
  • 8. GOODS BOUGHT DURING A SALE WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR ANY FURTHER PRICE EXCHANGE, RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
  • 9. WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING FOR GOODS DISPATCHED IN INDIA
  • 10. GOODS SHIPPED ABROAD WILL INCUR NO SHIPPING CHARGES FOR A PURCHASE ABOVE RS. 50,000. GOODS BOUGHT UNDER THE VALUE OF RS.25000 SHALL QUALIFY FOR SHIPPING CHARGES OF RS.1200.
  • 11. DO NOT SEND BACK AN ITEM WITHOUT HAVING A TALK WITH US. WE WOULD LIKE TO VERIFY YOUR CASE AND THEN DECIDE A COURSE OF ACTION. ANY ITEM SENT WITHOUT CONSULTATION WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE FOR A CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT.
  • 12. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN WASHED, USED OR DAMAGED. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST IF FOUND GUILTY OF THE ABOVE ABERRATION.
  • 13. SAFE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER IS OUR PRIORITY. TO HELP US KEEP OUR RESPONSIBILITY, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR PROPER POSTAL ADDRESS. SO PLEASE SEND YOUR ORDER TO BE RETURNED VIA THE SUGGESTED POSTAL SERVICE IN OUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION MAIL ONLY AND SEND THE DETAILS TO US AND KEEP THE AIRWAY BILL OR POSTAL RECEIPT UNTIL IT GETS DELIVERED TO US.
  • 14. PLEASE BE INFORMED AS OF NOW WE DO NOT HAVE AN AUTOMATED PICK-UP OPTION. PLEASE RETURN YOUR ITEMS USING A REGISTERED COURIER SERVICE. THE COURIER CHARGES SHALL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.
  • 15. WE AIM TO PROCESS ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 7 DAYS.
